Dual Action Cleanse Review

Not happy with Dual Action CleanseDual Action Cleanse, despite it’s huge advertising campaign rates as one of the worst colon cleanser products.

They score badly not only in terms of their product, but also have bad customer service. Let’s talk about Dual Action Cleanse as a product first, and then tackle the disaster that is their customer relations department. It's not often that I give negative reviews to products, so you know, this is a stinker.

Since you’re supposed to use Dual Action Cleanse for a month, it would be helpful if there was a diet guide with the product. There is no additional information about the foods you are NOT supposed to eat while you’re on this kind of a colon cleanse. If you introduce bad foods into your system when you are on a cleanse – it defeats the purpose of using a colon cleanser.

Because of the lack of documentation, people experience nausea, headaches, bloating, and diarrhea. All of these symptoms occur, when they could be easily avoided, if the product came with some basic instructions!

So the product is overpriced, unless you agree to auto shipping, and it only a mid level colon cleanser.

Dual Action Cleanse has no FDA compliance statement  on the package or bottle – you know, the disclaimer that goes:

These Statements Have Not Been Evaluated By The FDA. This Product Is Not Intended To Diagnosis, Treat, Cure, or Prevent Any Disease.

It’s a dietary supplement and all dietary supplements must carry the disclaimer. It just shows another way this company has cut corners. I'm really big on products being FDA compliant.

Then, there’s their customer service.

Despite the claims on their infomercial – they don’t take returns and they will not refund your money. Any calls you make to try to arrange for a return get transferred from person to person. Eventually you’ll get disconnected.

Try asking for a supervisor, you’ll get disconnected. Actually, they’ll hang up on you. When I use the word disconnected, I’m trying to give them the benefit of a doubt.

And everyone you speak to at Dual Colon Cleanse, when you’re trying to return the product, keeps trying to sell you an additional 60-day supply.

Just a friendly warning. Expect to see more charges on your credit card for additional shipments of Dual Action Cleanse, even after you ask them to stop sending it to you. Check your credit card statement to make sure they are not scamming you with auto shipments.

Since I’ve known people who have been into “high colonics” and “colon hydrotherapy” for thirty years, I’d have to say that Dual Action Cleanse is not in the business for the long haul. It’s seems to be a fly-by-night organization, trying to grab the money and run before the colon cleansing “fad” goes away.

Many people found about colon cleansers from their infomercials, and this was an excellent opportunity for them to corner the market. They blew it. Colon cleansing has been going on quietly for years. No business that sells colon cleansers has to operate in this shoddy way. And they certainly won’t be getting a lot of repeat customers for their products.
